Electrolyzed Acid-Water (EAW) Production and Disinfection Principle

Electrolyzed Acid-SU (EAW)
It is obtained by electrolysis of water with NaCl added. The electrolysis tank is made of an ion separating membrane with titanium coated platinum electrodes. The ions formed in the anode and cathode sections are separated to produce Acid-Water and Alkaline-Water.

 

The mechanism of action of EAW sterilization is formed by the synergistic effect of the oxidation of Hypochloric acid (HCIO), extremely low pH (<2.7), free chlorine (CI2) and high Oxidation reduction potential (ORP> 1000mV).
